Logs and Firewood

Our seasoned hardwood logs are an excellent way of keeping your home warm in winter. All the logs that we sell have been locally sourced from trees that have been taken down in and around the Lancashire & West Yorkshire area. From trees being dismantled in residential gardens, to trees being felled on woodland projects, we process all of the hardwood into quality logs. The unsuitable timber that can’t be processed into logs goes for biomass, along with our woodchip.

All our logs are naturally air-dried in the summer months to a moisture content of 20% or less. It is then stored inside before deliveries in the autumn and winter period. It is recommended that customers get stocked up before the winter rush (October onwards) if they require a bulk order or if they have the space to store their winter’s supply of logs. This can avoid disappointment in the later stages of winter when stocks can run low, as they seem to do year after year for our quality seasoned hardwood logs.

Logs sizes are approximately 80mm wide by 230mm long.

Sold per cubic meter, delivered in volumes of 1 - 4 m3. Larger bulk orders are also available upon request.
